Privacy notice.
This notice explains how IRONBEATEMPIRE (PTY) LTD handles personal information provided through ironbeatempire.com, including IBE TV music-video submissions.
2. Information we collect
We may collect contact details, professional role, company or label information, release metadata, private media links, rights-holder and Content ID information, declarations, messages, submission references, dates and basic technical and email-delivery records generated when a form is sent.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to receive and evaluate enquiries or submissions; send receipt confirmations; perform editorial, technical and rights checks; communicate outcomes; prepare approved programming; maintain operational and rights records; prevent abuse; and meet legal or contractual obligations.
4. Legal basis and choice
Information is supplied voluntarily for the purpose stated on the relevant form. Some fields are required because we cannot responsibly evaluate or respond without them. You may choose not to submit, but we may then be unable to consider the release or enquiry.
